What information do we collect from you?
Online shopping requires a certain amount of information about you (the customer) to be provided to us (Mastertrap) before we are able to process your order. When you create an account with us and/or during our “checkout” process you are required to complete various text boxes to finalise your order.

These details are not stored on our website. You do not require a PayPal account, or to create an account to place an order with us, you can simply check out as a guest.

If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.), who specialize in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

How is your information used?
We require this information to process and deliver your order and for our record keeping and accounting purposes. With some goods and services we provide, we may need to disclose personal data to a third party (e.g. Royal Mail). This will only be used for administering your products and services you have ordered through us and it would never be used by the third party for marketing purposes. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity.
